Rodolfo Manzon

The President of Spectrum Realty, Mr. Manzon brings a strong background in the corporate world to his role at the company, having worked and lived across the country and around the world. Originally from Brazil, Manzon was an executive at both Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hertz. He helped develop several Enterprise segments including Corporate Diversity and Trucks. Following his time at Enterprise, Manzon ran the Hertz operation for Latin America out of Sao Paulo, Brazil. After his lengthy corporate tenure, Rodolfo left Hertz to become a chef and restaurateur, opening the restaurant Temaris in Miami where he invented the sushi ball mold. (‘temari’ is Japanese for sushi ball) He still owns the patent and says he might revive the concept some day.

“On a very superficial level, the most exciting thing about the Real Estate business in Miami it’s that it is so pretty. The homes, the condo’s the views, the water. It’s beautiful, sexy, elegant etc. I must confess that the resilience of the city and the potential of the market is exciting. Every time Miami goes through a cycle, it comes out better.” Says Manzon.

He is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and has visited over 60 countries around the world.
