Paul Anthony McRae
Broker & Managing Director
Paul Anthony McRae, Managing Director, leads Spectrum Realty with over three decades of experience and $5 billion in sales as a realtor in South Florida and New York. McRae brings his encyclopedic knowledge of the industry as well as his highly experienced negotiating and managerial abilities to Spectrum. McRae trains, coaches, and mentors his partners as well as other brokers in the Spectrum arsenal.
McRae is known for having sold many of South Florida’s most well known residential developments during the first real estate boom of the 2000s, particularly in Broward County, including L’Hermitage, Las Olas Beach Club, Las Olas River House, Esplanade on the New River, Le Club International, Veranda-Plantation, Boca Pointe Country Club, and others.
Before Spectrum, Paul was broker-owner of the Galleria Collection of Fine Homes (Galleria International Realty) on Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. With more than 137 agents and employees, Galleria was one of the top ten real estate companies in Florida specializing in pre-construction exclusive sales and marketing. In a short six year period, Galleria sold out more than 32 condominium towers – from Miami to Jacksonville.
In 2017, he hopes to grow Spectrum by 50 new agents, and double the productivity of the company.
Paul Anthony McRae’s other passion in life is classical music. As a classically trained graduate of the famed Juilliard School and Eastman School of Music, he has conducted many of the world’s most famous symphony orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra, New World Symphony (Miami), English Chamber Orchestra, and orchestras in Japan, China and Korea.
